RENTAL CONDITIONS

We offer a modern and wide range of equipment, as well as personalized services, so that your day starts simply and ends with a smile on your face.

Reservation

Reserve your preferred technique.

Payment

A reservation fee of 20 EUR/day is required.
A refundable security deposit will be applied when renting equipment.

Documents

A contract must be signed before receiving the vehicle. The vehicle lessee must present a passport or ID card, and a driver's license.

Return

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and place, with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.

Rental policy

Fuel

Motorcycles are provided to the customer with a full fuel tank. The charge for refueling the missing fuel after the rental is calculated according to the formula: TODAY’S CURRENT FUEL PRICE × 2 for each missing litre.

Washing

For returning a dirty vehicle, the renter must pay starting from 20 EUR.

Reservation changes

If the client wishes to cancel or change a rental reservation, they must notify us at least 72 hours before the expected reservation. The money paid for the reservation is not refundable.

The minimum rental period is 1 hour.

The tenant must be at least 18 years old.

The security deposit must be paid upon receipt of the equipment or earlier. The security deposit is 100 – 300 EUR.

The Latvian border can be crossed by prior arrangement and payment of a one-time fee of 20 EUR.

A daily mileage limit of 100-450 km is set (depending on the technical unit). An additional fee of 0.70EUR is set for each 1 km exceeded.

What documents are required to rent a vehicle?

At least 18 years old, passport or ID card and valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle you wish to rent.
How do I cancel or reschedule a reservation?

For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us by email at info@mtnoma.lv or by calling or writing to +37126212626. We also have Whatsapp.
Can I travel outside Latvia?

You may cross the border by noting it when booking or by prior arrangement with the rental agent. There is an additional fee for crossing the border - 20 EUR.
Is it necessary to pay a security deposit?

Yes, a security deposit is paid before the rental begins, which is returned after the vehicle is returned if there is no damage.
Is fuel included in the price?

Fuel is not included in the price. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as was in the tank at the time of collection. The fee for filling up the missing fuel after the rental is determined by the formula: TODAY'S CURRENT fuel price x 2 for each missing liter.
Are there any additional equipment available?

Yes, one helmet is included in the motorcycle rental fee. It is possible to rent an additional helmet and other safety accessories for an additional fee.
